Our History
The dream began in 2002, when siblings Daniela and Patricio Lombardo had the idea to start a new, different, and innovative business. This dream materialized in July 2008, when we opened the first store, Cassava Roots Interlomas.
Today, we have more than 70 branches with presence in Mexico, Spain and the United States
Our goal is to keep growing, cross borders, and reach many more customers who #BeDisruptive, fall in love with the Cassava Roots experience, and make it their favorite. You are one of our pillars to achieve this goal and make Cassava Roots a lifestyle.
